Common Customer Paths

  • Login / Register to create or access your account.
  • My Library shows purchase history, downloads, receipts, and account details.
  • Checkout is where cart purchases are completed.
  • Wish Lists let signed-in customers save products for later.
  • Refund Policy explains the final-sale digital download policy and support exceptions.
  • Contact Us if a download is missing, broken, duplicated, materially misdescribed, or cannot be accessed.

Product Questions

Product pages should explain the file type, price, publisher, and creation disclosure. If a product appears misleading or has a rights issue, use the Contact or DMCA/IP process.

Reviews and Complaints

Reviews should be honest, courteous, and focused on the product. You may say that a product was not useful, not well edited, poorly organized, overpriced, or did not meet expectations. Reviews with name-calling, cussing, harassment, personal attacks, anti-AI harassment, or disrespectful treatment of creators may be removed.
