Fastest Route

  • Buyer support: Missing downloads, broken files, duplicate charges, checkout/account trouble, library access, or refund review. Email support@consignmentrpg.com with the subject Buyer Support.
  • Publisher support: Publisher applications, dashboard access, product submissions, disclosure fields, file uploads, approval questions, or payout questions. Email support with the subject Publisher Support.
  • Rights/IP complaints: Copyright, trademark, impersonation, stolen art/text/maps/logos, or unauthorized material. Use the DMCA and IP Complaint Policy path.
  • Suggestions: Feature ideas, category ideas, disclosure improvements, and marketplace improvements belong on the Make a Suggestion path.
  • Review or conduct issues: Report harassment, name-calling, anti-AI personal attacks, unsupported accusations, or disrespectful treatment of creators through support with the subject Review / Conduct.

What to Include

  • For order support: order number, product title, and the account email used at checkout.
  • For download problems: product title, account email, and what happened when you tried to download.
  • For product concerns: product title, product URL, and the specific claim or file issue.
  • For publisher questions: publisher name, account email, and where you are in the application or submission process.
  • For payout questions: publisher name, account email, sale week or order details if available, and the payout method label only. Do not send full account numbers.
  • For review or conduct concerns: product title, review URL if available, and a short description of the concern.

Do Not Send

Do not send passwords, OTP codes, full payment card numbers, full bank account numbers, private keys, SSNs, or files you do not have the right to share.
