Publisher Help is the starting point for creators applying to sell digital tabletop RPG products through Consignment RPG.

- Publisher Hub is where new publishers apply and approved publishers manage products.
- How to Sell explains the submission flow.
- Product Standards explains quality, file, and rights expectations.
- AI-Assisted Creator Policy explains what is allowed.

When to Contact Publisher Support
- You applied but cannot tell whether your publisher account is pending or approved.
- You can log in but cannot reach the Publisher Hub.
- A product submission, cover image, PDF, ZIP, price, category, tag, or disclosure field is not working.
- You need to correct a product after submission or approval.
- You have a payout, commission, refund, chargeback, tax, or onboarding question.
- You need help responding to a buyer complaint or review/conduct issue.
Email support@consignmentrpg.com with the subject Publisher Support. Include your publisher name, account email, product title or URL if relevant, and a short description of where you are stuck.
Current Launch Rules
- Publisher applications are reviewed before approval.
- Product submissions are reviewed before public sale.
- Creators keep 85% of eligible product sales after approval under the current commission configuration.
- Publishers are paid weekly by default on eligible cleared sales. Payout method and onboarding requirements are confirmed with each approved publisher before first payout.
- Payouts may be delayed or adjusted for chargebacks, fraud review, rights disputes, policy violations, payment failures, account issues, or marketplace errors.
Reviews and Publisher Complaints
Consignment RPG allows honest buyer reviews, including critical reviews, but reviews must stay courteous and product-focused. Reviews that attack a creator personally, use cussing or name-calling, harass publishers, or turn into anti-AI abuse may be removed. Direct complaints about a publisher should be sent through support so they can be reviewed with context.
Rights/IP Problems
If you receive a rights/IP concern, or if you need to report unauthorized material, use the DMCA and IP Complaint Policy path rather than arguing in reviews or public comments.
