Can AI-assisted products be sold here?
Yes. AI-assisted tabletop products are welcome when they are clearly disclosed and meet the marketplace standards.
Does every product need a creation disclosure?
Yes. The goal is buyer choice. Product pages should show where AI was used and where the work was human-created or not applicable.
Where do my purchases go?
Purchases are attached to your account and can be found in My Library. Use the same account when checking out and downloading later.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. Checkout requires login or account creation so digital files, receipts, and download history stay connected to your library.
How do wish lists work?
Signed-in customers can save products on Wish Lists and return to them later.
Can I get a refund?
Digital PDF and download purchases are generally final. Contact support if a file is missing, broken, duplicated, materially misdescribed, or cannot be accessed through your library.
How do reviews work?
Reviews should be honest, courteous, and product-focused. Critical reviews are allowed, but reviews with name-calling, cussing, harassment, personal attacks, anti-AI harassment, or disrespectful treatment of creators may be removed.
How often are publishers paid?
Approved publishers keep 90% of eligible product sales and are paid weekly by default. Payouts may be delayed or adjusted for chargebacks, fraud review, rights disputes, policy violations, payment failures, or account issues.
How do I become a publisher?
Start with Publish With Us, then apply through the Publisher Hub. New publisher accounts require review before product submission access.
Where do I report rights or IP concerns?
Use the DMCA and IP Complaint Policy page for rights complaints and takedown concerns.
