Refund Policy

Starter policy note: This is launch policy copy for a digital marketplace and should be reviewed by counsel before the site scales or accepts high-volume public sales.

Consignment RPG sells digital PDFs and downloadable tabletop products. Because these files are delivered through the buyer account library, digital download sales are generally final once purchased.

No-Refund Baseline

We do not normally issue refunds because a buyer changed their mind, downloaded the product, bought the wrong style of product, disagrees with clearly disclosed AI use, or decides they no longer want the file.

When We Will Review a Refund

We will review refund or replacement requests when there is a real order, access, file, fraud, rights, or product-description problem.

This includes materially misdescribed listings. For example, if a product claims to be a 100-page book and the delivered file is only 2 pages, that is not what was sold. If a listing promises a book of dragons and the delivered file is actually sock puppet content, that is not what was sold. In those cases, Consignment RPG may refund the buyer, replace the file, remove or suspend the product, and adjust the related publisher commission.

What Does Not Count as Misdescription

A product is not automatically misdescribed just because a buyer dislikes it, thinks the writing is weak, disagrees with the creator’s style, or would have preferred a different kind of product. Honest quality complaints belong in courteous reviews or support messages. Refund review is for meaningful mismatch between the listing and the delivered file.

How to Request Help

Email support@consignmentrpg.com with your order number, product title, account email, and a short description of the issue. If the problem is that the product is not what the listing claimed, include the specific claim from the listing and what the delivered file actually contains. Do not send payment card numbers or passwords.

Publisher Impact

If an order is reversed, charged back, refunded, or found to violate marketplace policy, the related sale record, download access, and publisher commission may be reversed or adjusted where the marketplace tools support it.
