DMCA and IP Complaint Policy

Starter policy note: This is starter marketplace process language for rights complaints. It should be reviewed by counsel before the marketplace scales, names a formal agent, or relies on a formal DMCA workflow.

Consignment RPG respects intellectual property rights and expects publishers to upload only products, text, images, maps, logos, files, and trade dress they have the right to sell or distribute.

Submitting a Complaint

Email complaints to support@consignmentrpg.com and include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • The product title and URL
  • A description of the work or rights you believe are affected
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Enough detail for the marketplace to identify the material at issue
  • A statement that the information you provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge

Marketplace Response

Consignment RPG may hide, disable, or remove products while reviewing rights complaints. Publishers may be asked to provide clarification, proof of rights, replacement files, or revised product descriptions.

Publisher Responsibility

Publishers should not upload products built around stolen, infringing, impersonated, or unauthorized material. Repeated rights problems may lead to product removal, payment holds where supported, or publisher account removal.

Counter-Information

If a publisher believes a complaint is mistaken, the publisher may send a clear explanation and supporting information to support@consignmentrpg.com. Counsel-reviewed procedures should be finalized before relying on any formal counter-notice process.
