Terms of Use

Starter policy note: These starter terms are operational placeholder copy for launch preparation. They should be reviewed by counsel before marketplace scale, live payment launch, or high-volume public sales.

Use of the Site

Users may browse, purchase, review, and publish products according to marketplace rules. Users may not harass others, abuse the site, interfere with purchases, upload malicious files, scrape restricted areas, or misrepresent products.

Publisher Responsibility

Publishers are responsible for the products, files, descriptions, rights, disclosures, previews, support claims, and account information they submit. Publishers should only upload material they have the right to sell or distribute.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for reading product descriptions, system requirements, file details, refund terms, and creation disclosures before purchase.

Digital Sales and Refunds

Digital PDF and download sales are generally final. Buyers should review product descriptions, previews, file details, and creation disclosures before purchase. Refund exceptions are limited to issues such as duplicate charges, failed access, corrupted or missing files, materially misdescribed listings, fraud, or rights/IP concerns as described in the Refund Policy.

Reviews and Conduct

Customers may leave honest product reviews, including critical reviews. Reviews must remain courteous and product-focused. Consignment RPG may remove reviews that include name-calling, cussing, harassment, personal attacks, anti-AI harassment, unsupported accusations, or disrespectful treatment of creators.

Publisher Payouts

Approved publishers currently receive 90% of eligible product sales and are paid weekly by default. Payout method and onboarding requirements are confirmed with each approved publisher before first payout. Payouts may be delayed, withheld, or adjusted for chargebacks, payment failures, fraud review, rights disputes, policy violations, account issues, or marketplace errors.

Marketplace Rights

Consignment RPG may review, reject, hide, remove, or request changes to products, accounts, descriptions, or files that violate marketplace standards or create legal, safety, security, payment, or operational risk.

Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for keeping account login information secure. Account tools, publisher tools, downloads, and purchase history may depend on the account email and permissions attached to the purchase or publisher profile.

No Harassment

Debate the work. Do not attack the creator, buyer, publisher, reviewer, or support team over tool choice, AI disclosure, product taste, or marketplace participation.
